Important Note

• All display resolutions will be 1080P/60Hz while connect with a VGA port.
• All MacBooks only support Mirror Mode: AA, AAA, AAAA, and Extend Mode: AB, ABB, ABBB, not support ABC or ABCD(System Limited).
• For Intel Graphics Card(DP1.2), it only supports 3 screens display, thus one of four screens (including laptop screen) can't be displayed. For AMD Graphics Card(DP 1.4), all four screens can be displayed.
• Please plug the power adapter in the USB-C PD port before connecting a large capacity external hard drive or multiple displays.
• Some users' laptop upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, which cause the USB-C interface of the laptop cannot to recognize the usb c hub. Please upgrade the "USB-C interface" driver of laptop.
